We do not collect your name, email address, or any account information. We do not require you to create an account to use the App.
When you take or upload a photo, it is transmitted over an encrypted connection to an AI service for analysis. The photo is processed in real time and is not stored, indexed, or used to train AI models by us or our AI provider. The analysis result is returned to your device and the photo is discarded.

Scan limit data is stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage (UserDefaults) and never leaves your device. All network communication (photo transmission, subscription checks) is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Because we do not store personal data on our servers, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete on our end. For data held by RevenueCat or Apple, please refer to their respective privacy policies and contact them directly.
If you are located in the UK or EU, you have rights under the UK GDPR / GDPR including the right to be informed, the right of access, and the right to erasure. Contact us if you have any queries.
Food photos submitted for analysis are processed by servers which may be located outside the UK or EU. Where this occurs, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) as required by applicable data protection law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
